Harshini Sukumaran is a professionally trained Indian classical dancer with 23 years of experience. She trained at The Temple of Fine Arts Kuala Lumpur in which she completed her Arangetram in 2009 and started teaching at the institution thereafter. Harshini is also a well-versed dancer who performs other dance styles such as Odissi, Kathak, Contemporary, Folk and Bollywood. As a dancer/performing artist she has travelled to various different countries and has been a part of many prestigious events. She started her journey as a solo Bharatanatyam performer in 2018 and has performed in Malaysia and Bangalore. Currently, she is also affiliated with Aswara as a Bharatanatyam dance teacher for diploma students. She has been involved in numerous projects including music video Forevermore by Yuna, commercials for Eco World, and a choreographer for the MAH SING group of companies.
