This year, for the first time, Darbar Festival invited Akram to fill Sadler’s Wells with the finest Indian classical music and dance from 9-12 November.

Akram has carefully selected Indian classical dancers as well as musicians to give you a rare opportunity to experience two ancient art forms in one place.

“I’m interested in the artists that haven’t come from grand lineages because an art should to belong to anyone. We were looking for artists that work hard and are devoted to their art form.” – Akram
